WHO ARE WE?
Alablanca Apartments, Residents inn, is a very favorably located self-catering complex of apartments, situated in a charming, tranquil residential area of Toni Kunchi, where an agreeable and informal atmosphere is prevalent and where each guest can feel at home. We are centrally located at only 10 min. by car from the center of the town and beach. Once a day (monday - friday) we offer complementary transport to the down town area of Willemstad and Mambo beach. At a short distance (2 - 8 minutes by car) there are supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shopping centers. Next to us there is one of the largest and best equipped fitness centers of Curaçao. A bus stop and a mini-market for your basic needs are a 3 minutes walk from our complex.
Our aim is not merely to arrange for our individual guest to spend a pleasant time, but also to be a haven for the entire family during the holidays spent on our island. In short to be a home away from home.

Equipped kitchenette with 4-pit gasstove and oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment and pots/pans/dishes/cutlery based on maximum number of persons per apartment. Microwave and/or coffeemaker can be put in apartment on request.
Free internet access at the reception office during opening hours. With your laptop wireless internet access is possible when near to the reception office, not in the apartment
Starter breakfast on demand $8 p.p.

Rates are per apartment per night and based upon a maximum number of persons as mentioned in table
Additional person in apartment pays $7 extra per night
The 2% service charge and 7% tourism tax is not included
Rates include normal use of utilities (electricity, water, gas)
Once a week cleaning of apartment and changing of linnen (when staying 5 nights or longer)
Extra cleaning of apartment is available for a fee of US $ 20,- per extra cleaning (excl. 7% tourism tax)
To confirm your reservation we ask a pre-payment of 20% of the total amount to be paid with a minimum of two nights
Discounts: - When staying two to three weeks a discount of 10% is applicable (minimum 14 nights) - When staying for three to four weeks a discount of 15% is applicable (minimum 21 nights) - When staying four weeks or longer a discount of 20% is applicable (minimum 28 nights) - When staying > 3 months, ask for our monthly rates and conditions
Conditions: Only when making the reservation plus the total amount has to be paid upfront (before the check-in date) to receive the applicable discount.
(Pre-)payments can be made: 1. By deposit or transfer the money to our bankaccount on Curacao, The Netherlands or the US 2. By using your credit card (we accept Master Card, Visa & American Express) on our secured website.
GROUP- AND COMPANY DISCOUNTS Alablanca Apartments is also a good choice if you are looking for affordable accomodation for groups and/or persons who visit Curacao for a longer period of time for business purposes.
