(some local channels en 2 cable-channels: news- and movie-channel) - use of swimming pool (only for residents!) - parking on premises Excluded: - costs for use of electricity (Ang. 0,69 ct per KW/US $ 0,39 per KW) - costs for replacing gas bottle when gas bottle is empty (Ang. 20,-/US $ 11,- per bottle) - cleaning of apartment - bed linen/towels/kitchen linen etc. - check-out cleaning of apartment (Ang 100,-/US $57,- for studio, Ang 150,-/US $86,- for 1- /2-bedroom apart.) - extra person in apartment (Ang 62,-/US $ 35,- per month) - 5% sales tax are added to all costs as charged to the tenant Optional (upon request) - weekly cleaning of apartment (Ang 62,-/US $ 35,- per month) - microwave in apartment (Ang. 100,-/ US $ 65,- to be paid one time) Deposit 2 months monthly rent (excl. ob): first month to be paid when signing rental agreement to reserve the apartment, 2nd month upon check-in together with the first month rent.
